Pile of Strange BonesĪlthough you have multiple options for items to use on the Pile of Strange Bones Curio, your best bet will be to use Bandages, as this results in you receiving some items in return. Activating the Throbbing Cocoon without using an item will result in a swarm of mosquitos bursting from the cocoon instead. Keep a regular Torch handy to burn the eggs within the Throbbing Cocoon Curio in Darkest Dungeon. Rather than a standard Torch, you’ll need to use three Pitch Soaked Torches to activate this Curio, which you will have received earlier in the quest. The Thronging Hive Curio is the first Curio you’ll run into in the Courtyard of The Crimson Court DLC. New Curios in Darkest Dungeon: The Crimson Court Thronging Hive
